Smaller orders have the option to select Royal Mail 48hr (working days from time of dispatch 2-3 business days) with full tracking and customer notification.

Delivered by DHL or Royal Mail Tracked 24, both with online tracking. Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes.

Our dedicated warehouse team aim to dispatch your orders within 2 working days. Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday, excluding Public Holidays.

Once the order leaves our warehouse you will receive a notification email with your tracking information.

If you do not receive any notification within 2 working days of placing your order please contact our customer services who will be able to assist you with the tracking. We ask that you check your spam/junk folder as the tracking emails as they can get filtered.

Our warehouse dispatch parcels Monday to Thursday. We aim to dispatch your order on the next working day. Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays are NOT classed as working days.

Standard track post takes longer during the festive season. Orders placed using standard track are not guaranteed delivery before Christmas.

Camomile london cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location, or safe place (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order or if it is damaged after delivery. 

When shipping with Standard tracked Camomile london cannot accept any liability for orders not collected form pick up shops. If the customer fails to collect their parcel from the selected Pick up shop and the parcel is returned to Camomile, the customer will be responsible for the cost associated with Camomile london having to retrieve the parcel. Any eligible refunds will be made minus original shipping costs, plus handling fee. 

EU - No ALL Taxes and Duties are included in the prices paid at checkout. There are no aditional charges upon delivery.

INTERNATIONAL - All tax and duties on orders over your countries customs threshold will be communicated at checkout and you will have the option to either pay the additional charges when placing the order at checkout, or at point of delivery. 

To allow us to ship in this way we use a cross border partner 'Global-e', they facilitate the sale of camomile.london products direct to customers outside of the UK with all taxes and duties prepaid.

Unfortunately it is not always possible to amend an order once it has been placed. If you wish to cancel or amend your order please contact customerservices@camomile.uk.com with in one hour of placing the order. If the team have not dispatched the order we will endeavour to make the requested changes.

For International orders placed via our cross-boarder partners Globel-e we are unable to make amendments. The order will be canceled and we will ask that you place a new order.

If your order has already been dispatched then we will be unable to cancel or make any amendments and we request that you follow the return instructions on our returns page.
