Is Camomile.london a secured website?

Yes. All the information transmitted is secured using the official Internet protocols. Camomile.london does not store Credit / Debit card information, they are saved on our financial provider's secured server - security certificate 256-Bit SSL same encryption used by Bank's.

What is your confidentiality policy?

You can use Camomile.london site without giving out any personal information. However, when you create an account on Camomile.london, we will collect the necessary information relative to the invoicing and shipping of your order, furthermore you may access the Site solely for your own personal use. You must not use any content of the Site for any commercial or illegal purpose.

Where does Camomile.london deliver?

Camomile.london can delivers all over the world. We are able to ship to many countries on a DDP basis (Delivery Duty Paid). This means the customer has the choice to pay all duties and taxes at checkout avoiding any extra charges upon delivery.

Does Camomile.london charge for delivery?

Delivery it is FREE on orders of £250 or more in the UK. For the rest of the world we have a standard fee*.

* All shipping costs are subject to terms and conditions. Any orders of 11 kilo weight (box measure weight) is subject to additional fees.

WILL IT COST ME TO RETURN AN ITEM?

We are not responsible for return postage costs other than for incorrect order processing or faulty items. Faulty items can be returned free of charge by contacting our customer service team.
